1. Warm - up:

- have one student to describe his friend.
- describe his friend
2. Presentation:

- use a chart of color to show and tell the name of each color.
- explain new words.
- ask them to repeat.
- have them retell.
- show things around and ask students to say the name of color.

- introduce new structures to ask about colors.
- look at the chart of colors and listen to the teacher
- copy in the notebook
- repeat the new words.
Retell the names of colors
- try to say the colors as their teacher asks. Say as many colors as possible.
- listen to the teacher and take note.
New words:
- black: màu đen
- yellow: màu vàng
- gray: màu xám
- red: màu đỏ
- orang: màu cam
- blue: màu xanh da trời
- brown: màu nâu
- purple: màu tía
What color + is + S (singular)?
What color + are + S (plural)?
- What color are her eyes?
- They are brown.
- What color is her hair?
- It is black.
3. Practice:
- hang the picture B3 on the board.
- have tudents practice in pairs.
- have some pairs to read in front of class.
- correct and feed back.
